Product information "Sonos FIVE Wireless Speaker in Black"
Sonos Five is the all-new, updated version of the much loved Sonos Play:5, designed to fill even the largest rooms with studio-quality, dynamic sound. Tuned by renowned producer Giles Martin, Five ensures a high-performance listening experience for your favourite music, podcasts, radio stations and more.
- Refreshed design & updated internals including increased memory & processing power and new wireless radio
- 6 custom-designed drivers with dedicated amplifiers provide rich bass & detailed vocals
- Line-in port to connect your turntable to your Sonos system
- TruePlay tuning will optimise Sonos Five to acoustically suit your room layout
- Easily link an Amazon Echo or Google Home to enable voice control
The new Sonos Five boasts a more refined appearance to its predecessor the Sonos Play:5. With a more discrete logo and colour matched matte grille the Five boasts the same, sleek aesthetic as Sonos’ latest products.
Featuring top-panel touch controls and a mesh front, it epitomises a high-quality speaker.
Choose between a horizontal or vertical orientation to suit your layout. With rubber feet on three sides, you can stand it tall or set it on its side and the speaker will automatically optimise the sound for the chosen orientation.
Sonos have packed the new Five with upgraded internals including future-ready computing hardware.
It also boasts an increased memory and increased processing power as well as BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy), NFC (Near Field Communication) and an updated wireless radio to provide a more powerful wifi connection
