WE ARE ONLY DELIVERING TO SOME POSTCODES, WE WILL UPDATE THIS WHEN WE CAN.
Here at Lords Electrical, we use our own delivery team serving out to a radial area of approximately 15 miles from any Lord's showroom.
For items that we hold in stock, we can usually offer delivery within one to two days Monday to Saturday. You will have the opportunity to select your preferred delivery day during the checkout process.
Should you require an AM, PM or a more specific time slot then please state your request in the box provided under the delivery day option and we will contact you shortly after to arrange this. For products priced over £150, this service is free of charge. We also offer Installation services on many products.

Before we arrive
We request you aid installation by:
|Ensuring you are available within the time slot agreed||Deciding exact position of the new product|
|Removing delicate items||Providing clear access to property|
|Notifying us of any stairs or narrow passages and doorways||Provide clear access to walkways and floor area|
|Securing pets to avoid any 'under foot accidents'||Ensuring unrestricted access to taps and mains points|
|Ensuring working taps, mains power and aerials in place||
Make sure you have all the necessary bits and pieces, eg connection hoses and leads
|Checking to make sure that connection points such as plug sockets, drainage and water supplies are within reach of the manufacturers supplied cables and pipes, as we may not be able to complete the installation and you will be charged a call out fee if a return visit is requested.|
|Noting that installation does not include making alterations to your plumbing, electrics or containing units and that we are unable to remove moulded plugs from your new product for safety reasons.|
Health & Safety
We strive to provide a first class service, but should the delivery personnel feel that damage could be incurred to the product, your property or themselves, they may refuse to complete or undertake the delivery or installation.*Notes
Please note that under certain ambient temperature conditions cooling appliances such as fridges, freezers and fridge-freezers may not function properly,particulary when placed in a cold environment.There are some brands that are designed to work better in colder environments such as Blomberg and Beko.
Door reversal on refrigeration units
Door reversals are time-consuming and require plenty of space to carry them out and so will normally be undertaken prior to delivery; this means that your appliance may not be delivered in a box.Door reversals are not always possible and in some cases, additional cost and /or a third party may be required to carry them out particularly if there is an electric display on the front of the unit.
Door refixing to Built-in products
Occasionally the kitchen door unit may need to be taken away in order that the existing holes can be filled to enable secure fixing to the new appliance.If this is should be the case and additional charge of £20 will apply.
